It’ll be tempting to name the predominant flavour, but the key is the supporting players that are adding a unique and specific type of flavour. Guess the correct jelly and you might win a jar! Please note: lemon and orange rind couldn’t attend the photoshoot, but are present in the jelly.

Ooh, so wine, vanilla, clove, peppercorn and cinnamon?!? I vote for either mulled wine or a sangria jelly (if you have an orange hidden behind the lens). Whatever it is, it looks delicious!
I vote for a Mulled Wine Jelly.
I guess cabernet vanilla spice, but I like other peoples “mulled wine” guess. If I knew what mulled wine is, that would probably be my guess. 🙂
